Terms & Conditions

  • Please provide clear references and instructions before I begin the work.

  • Clear and respectful communication is expected from both sides.

  • Full payment is required upfront before I start.

  • Prices listed are for personal use only. Commercial use will require an additional fee.

  • No refunds will be given after payment is made.

  • You’re allowed up to 3 revisions during the process. Extra changes will require an additional fee.

  • I keep the rights to the artwork. Please don’t claim it as your own, remove my signature, or make major edits without permission.

  • Credit is required if you share the artwork online.

  • Not allowed for AI use, NFTs, or anything similar.

  • Final artwork will be delivered as a high-resolution 4K digital file (PNG transparent & JPG) via Google Drive.

  • I might post the finished art on my portfolio or social media. If you'd like to keep it private, just let me know in advance.

  • I don’t copy other artists’ styles or trace existing works.

EXTRA DETAILS

  • Simple/solid color backgrounds are free.

  • Detailed backgrounds start at 50K | 30 USD depending on complexity.

  • Additional items/Accessories start at 25K | 15 USD

  • Extra Characters: The price will be Ă—2 based on the original price, depending on the body size shown (headshot, half-body, or full-body).

  • Commercial use will be charged 3x the base price.

  • Local clients (Indonesia): QRIS

  • International clients: PayPal

  • Completion usually takes 7–21 days, depending on the complexity of your request.
